Description
This study aims to assess the distribution, capacity, and accessibility of breast cancer screening services in Malaysia’s Central Region (i.e., Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, and Negeri Sembilan). Using a cross-sectional design, data will be collected from public, private, and NGO-run facilities offering mammography, ultrasound, or genetic testing. The study will also examine supportive services and referral networks. Geographic Information System (GIS) analysis will be used to map service locations and assess spatial equity. The study will be conducted over 11 months.

Inclusion & Exclusion Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
1. Hospitals, Non governmental health organisations, and private screening centres located in the central region (i.e., Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, and the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya) of Malaysia. |2. Must offer at least one type of breast cancer screening relevant to this study (i.e. Mammogram, Ultrasound, or Genetic testing).
Exclusion Criteria
1. Facilities not consenting to the study.|2. Facilities that are unable to commit with providing the minimum required data as determined by the study team.
