All new user account registrations are now required to be submitted directly to the NMRR Secretariat.

To register, please complete the following steps:

1. **Step 1. Download the following form & complete it (Kindly obtain the signature from the superior)**

2. **Step 2. Fill in your details using the Google Form:**

Kindly attach the completed form to the Google Form prior to submission.
